In her role as Starcom CEO, Racha is responsible for driving performance marketing solutions that accelerate growth for our partners in an increasingly complex ecosystem.  Passionate about building brands, Racha strongly believes in the power and role data plays in transforming businesses, driving brand relevance & inspiring creativity.

Throughout her career Racha has worked closely with industry bodies to enhance & set measurement guidelines and principles. She is currently a board member at IAB MENA, and was a technical consultant with JIC for audience measurement in the region.

Previously to leading Starcom, Racha was overseeing the Data Science Practice at Publicis Media, working on building capabilities & products that puts data, analytics & tech at the heart of driving growth for client’s business. Her 15 yrs of experience in media spans various sectors including travel, telecommunication, luxury goods, automotive and FMCGs, and comprises a plethora of collaborations with the industry’s key players to innovate & adopt tech led solutions.
