OUR MISSION

To positively influence corporate leaders & policy makers to value diversity & inclusion as a key currency for the growth of the digital economy in the GCC through awareness initiatives and enabling thought-starting conversations between our members and partners.

OUR SUB-COMMITTEES

Lead on the Association’s initiatives in establishing and conducting action plans focused on raising awareness and enabling conversations around the topics of Inclusion and Diversity, within the IAB and outside of our organization in order to positively impact our industry and our region.

Awareness
Build and raise awareness of the need for diversity and inclusion, ensuring diversity across a wide range of areas, from gender to provenance to age and experience.
Enable Conversations
Enable members to create a ‘safe-space’ for discussion and learning about diversity benefits and challenges.
Lead by Example
Ensure that Diversity and Inclusion are the responsibility of all of us at IAB GCC, not just a topic in one of our committees. Lead by doing.
